Alea’s Helping Hand, is dedicated to REVITALIZING OUR YOUTH. Therefore, our 501(c)(3) youth organization wants to create a nationwide network of leaders that already know the challenges we face as parents, adults, caregivers and loved ones. To be more successful, we need to become even more visible to our community, public officials, media and the American public. We simply communicate with unbiased feelings, empathetic gesture, facts and offer solid, practical proposals to address and help resolve our issues.

Tamika Workman
Treasurer
Grew up in the Cleveland area and graduated from Shaker Hts, in 2000. After high school Tamika, obtained an Associate’s degree of science in medical assistant from Bryant & Stratton college. Tamika, is the mother of two boys and has a genuine passion for people especially children! With 15 years of serving various physician’s offices she has extensive experience in treating trauma. Tamika is currently working in a level one trauma center while completing the next degree in nursing. As Finance Director preparing financial reports, budgets and policies that will comply with federal tax laws to maintain status.
Sarina Oranski
Vice President
As Vice President Sarina, promise to fulfill her duties by saving lives. As a registered nurse in the state of Ohio, currently working bedside in an intensive care unit. Sarina, has a background in journalism, finance and sales. She is the mother of two girls with a passion for self growth and development hoping to lead and inspire the younger generation! the secrets to self growth simply begins with “Self Assurance”.

The President Charlea, continues as an accomplished Operations Business Manager with a B.A. in Business Management 2015 , Medical professional and Life/health insurance agent. 19 years of experience managing operations and cross-functional teams. Progressive leader with strong strategic planning skills. Through training/development, team building, problem solver, astute communicator and analytical thinker. Ability to identify areas of strength and weaknesses to implement standards and changes in operations to benefit our community!
Daneene Monroe Rusnak
Innovation Director
Daneene is a servant leader and innovative solution seeker with a penchant for helping others. Through a partnership with Synergy Financial, Daneene has expanded her services to include comprehensive financial literacy tools and education for businesses and individuals and is on a mission to help financially empower 10,000 families as part of the company’s National Financial Literacy Campaign. Daneene also serves as the 2nd Vice-President of Advocacy for the National Federation of Business and Professional Women, a 100+ year old human rights education and advocacy 501(3)(c) organization.
